FSP's aim is to promote unity in the context of muhibbah among all Malaysians through the arts.

FSP intend to create awareness among Malaysians on the positive aspects of performing arts.   

FSP is determined to raise the standard and quality of acting in Malaysia.

FSP is committed to produce and introduce actor/actress of equivalent or better calibre than those in Kollywood, Bollywood or even Hollywood.

Acting is universal; therefore anyone can become a good actor/actress.  As a matter of fact, acting is 90% practical and only 10% theory.  Realistic acting cannot be taught or learned but is based on deep observation and understanding of the role and situation. 

FSP long-term plan is to commercialise the acting industry in Malaysia.  It is our wish to see more people opt for acting as a full time career prospect.
